This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made at Hill Staycation. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness to all guests.

During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, and high-demand periods), stricter cancellation policies may apply:

• • 45+ days before: Free cancellation
• • 30-44 days before: 25% cancellation charge
• • 15-29 days before: 50% cancellation charge
• • Less than 15 days: 100% cancellation charge

Peak season dates will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Modification Policy

4.1 Date Changes

Booking date modifications are subject to:

• • Availability of requested dates
• • Rate differences (if applicable)
• • No additional charges for changes made 15+ days before original check-in
• • Changes within 15 days may incur processing fees

4.2 Room Changes

Room type changes are subject to availability and rate differences. Upgrades and downgrades will be charged accordingly.

5. Refund Process

• • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount
• • Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer

6. No-Show Policy

In case of no-show (failure to check-in without prior cancellation):

• • 100% of the booking amount will be charged
• • No refund will be provided
• • Advance intimation about late arrival is appreciated

7. Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies), Hill Staycation may:

• • Offer full refund without cancellation charges
• • Provide credit for future bookings
• • Reschedule bookings without additional charges

8. Group Bookings

For group bookings (5+ rooms), special terms may apply:

• • Custom cancellation policies based on group size
• • Advance payment requirements
• • Specific terms will be communicated at booking
